Walmley Solicitors was established with one simple aim: to stand up for the rights of employees. There are many good law firms representing employers but very few that only represent employees providing high quality legal services in a pricing structure that individuals can afford. We are seeking to redress that imbalance and are passionate about securing justice for employees who have been badly treated at work.

The team at Walmley Solicitors is vastly experienced in representing employees: from assisting employees resolve disputes through grievances and disciplinaries to negotiating exit packages and pursuing claims in the Employment Tribunal. We are based in the heart of Birmingham city centre and are proud of our local roots but also proud to adopt flexible and home working arrangements with our staff. Most of our communication with our clients is carried out by email and over the phone allowing us to represent clients across the country.
